The Children of the late Michael Jackson are in the middle of a Custody battle between the mother of the two oldest children Prince Michael and Paris and the Jackson Family. Debbie Rowe the mother of Prince and Paris claims that she feels its time that she come in contact with her two children while the Jackson Family argue that Michael and Debbie had a settled agreement that Debbie would not get in contact with the two children and Michael would Pay Debbie about 2,500 Dollars to do so.
